A TAP favorite: We’ve been devotees of FunTreks guidebooks for many years now and they’ve accompanied us along the majority of our trips. They provide detailed descriptions of trails with GPS Waypoint co-ordinates and certainly give a good sense of security and information when on the designated trail. This month FunTreks sent us their GPS Data Card version for “Calfornia Backroads and 4 Wheel Drive Trails” and we are looking forward to testing it out in our Garmin GPS next month on a week-long trip in the California Sierra’s.
